Below you will find property that is for sale.  To find the property you will use the street address in the list, which will correspond with numbers on a green address marker next to the driveway of the property.  The lot number is an identifier for owners within the community and was used for addressing prior to 911 services requiring a physical address.  If you look for lot numbers, you may find some owners that still mark their lots with their lot number, but many no longer do.  

All properties are purchased subject to HOA participation and fees.

Owners who are selling their property will need to have the HOA transfer document completed by the closing attorney.  Owners can find it in the owners documents section.
